It’s not like the majority of us needed much of a nudge to get excited for Suicide Squad. If it ends up being half as good as the trailers have already been, I know that I personally will enjoy it. With that said, twenty one pilots have released a new music video just to make sure we don’t even think about losing any interest.
The duo find themselves in Belle Reve throughout the music video. Lead singer, Tyler Joseph is led to his cell only to be let out by drummer Josh Dun as he floats on by. Inevitably the two of them take the stage to entertain their fellow cellmates while nicely synced clips from the upcoming film pop up intermittently.
Although these guys have been around for the last seven years or so, they have certainly become more prevalent as of late with their hits, “Stressed Out” and “Ride”. This debut single off of the Suicide Squad soundtrack is just proof that they are here to stay.
Watch the video for “Heathens” below and you can pre-order the Suicide Squad: The Album featuring twenty one pilots on iTunes.
