After a busy summer that had Rylands Heath play at Vale Fest, Jimmy’s Festival and a few shows supporting Only Sun and BERRIES, the boys went on to reach the final 35 of the 2017 HOT VOX’s Isle of Wight Festival’s ‘New Blood’ Competition. Rylands Heath, consisting of best friends Jack and James, have also spent time playing shows to benefit LAMA, a charity organization that supports, encourages and develops original music in Luton, and Relay For Life, that helps raise money for cancer research.
The Luton duo have now released their eleventh single of 2017 called, “Stop The Rain”. Having played music together since they were the tender age of 13, the lifelong friends have cultivated a sound that is both unique, catchy and eclectic. The brilliant simplicity of their brand of alt-pop makes “Stop The Rain” an accessible song that just worms its way in and nests in your ear. Honestly, you will catch yourself involuntarily bobbing your head and singing along with the chorus.
So if you are looking for something a little different and are looking to support independent music, then check out Rylands Heath‘s new single. You might find yourself singing along to the last vestiges of summer and asking Rylands Heath to “Stop The Rain”.
